Office Manager

As an Office Manager, it is my job to ensure the office runs smoothly. I had previously worked at a general dentistry practice, which is very helpful when looking to coordinate your care with other offices.  I enjoy working in such a fun environment with a team that is passionate about making people smile!

I was raised on the east side of the state, graduated from Michigan State University and am really enjoying living on the west side! In my free time, I enjoy going on adventures with my husband, daughter and two dogs. I am in my happy place when I am traveling, reading a good book, or eating delicious food.

Hi I’m Meghan!  I’ve worked in orthodontics for about 10 years (wow!) and love getting to know our patients. I have two dogs Olive and Moe. I am originally from Indiana so we love exploring new places around Michigan.

Hello, my name is Melissa. I have been in ortho for two years and am so happy to be doing something I love. I have two dogs, Tate and Reese. Before ortho I worked with animals so please, never hesitate to tell me about yours! I'm from the thumb of Michigan so naturally, Lake Huron is my favorite place. I also love art, literature, tv shows, and food.

Hi, my name is Olivia! I am a Registered Dental Assistant and I graduated from Grand Rapids Community Dental Assisting Program, and was an intern at Swan Orthodontics before becoming an employee.
I enjoy spending my free time camping in the Upper Peninsula, watching Marvel movies and shopping.

Hi, my name is Emalie! As a treatment coordinator at Swan Orthodontics, I enjoy meeting and starting all our new patients on their journey to a beautiful smile.
Outside of work, I enjoy concerts, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places.

Hi, I’m Haley! I recently graduated from Michigan State University with degrees in Human Biology and Psychology- Go green! I am also currently applying to dental school to become a dentist. Before joining the Swan team, I assisted in general dentistry for two summers. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family/friends, traveling, and watching a good show. I’m excited to be a part of Swan Ortho and continue my journey in dentistry!

Hi! My name is Kyra (pronounced keer-ruh), and I’m excited to meet you! You might see me around the office, taking photos, in sterile, or i’m in the back making retainers for our patients. I have two cats, named Katara and Chubs! If you see me tell me all about your pets or your favorite music.

I'm Catherine! I am driven by a love for the personal and technical aspects of the dental field. Throughout my career, I have also worked in general and pediatric dentistry. What I enjoy the most in orthodontics is assisting in making everyone feel comfortable throughout their treatment journey and I take pride in helping our patients achieve confident smiles they are proud of! In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, staying active, and am currently working on achieving my yoga teacher certification!

Hi, I'm Brittany! As the Communication Specialist, I love being able to help people have a great experience on their orthodontic journey starting at their new patient phone call. I'm so happy to see your smiles as you walk into the office! Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband and our two cats, Cece and Sophie. I also like spending time outdoors, gardening, cooking, and crocheting!
