What Is Invisalign?
Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners to enhance your smile and each aligner is programmed to gradually align your teeth.
Many people love aligners because they move teeth like braces, but they're less visible.
Come to our office for a free, 30-minute appointment and get a 3D scan of your teeth. Then, Dr. Swan's team will create your digital treatment plan and then we'll make your custom aligners to fix your smile.
Why Would I Want Invisalign?
Not only are the aligners invisible, but they're also removable, so you can eat and drink what you want while in treatment. Plus, brushing and flossing are no problem.
Also, our Invisalign patients don't come in as often for appointments compared to traditional braces patients.
How Does Invisalign Work?
You'll wear each set of your aligners for about a week, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move – little by little, week by week – until they have straightened to their final positions.
You'll check in with us about once every 11 weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned. You can stop by our office or check in digitally – through FaceTime, text message, email – or whatever works best for you.
Your total treatment time depends on the amount of movement you need to get your best results.
